Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of www.vaanya.travel and bookings made with Vaanya Travels Pvt Ltd (CIN U74999WB2008PTC126449). By using the site or making a booking you accept these terms.

Bookings & fares

• All fares are supplied live by airlines/GDS and are not guaranteed until ticketed. If a fare changes between selection and payment, we will show the revised fare before you pay.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of traveller names (as per passport/ID), dates and contact details. Name corrections after ticketing follow airline rules and fees.
• E-tickets and vouchers are delivered by email/WhatsApp to the contact details provided.

Payments & invoicing

• Payments are processed by authorised payment gateways. Vaanya does not store card credentials.
• GST invoices are issued when a valid GSTIN is provided at the time of booking; airlines may not permit adding a GSTIN after ticketing.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

• Date changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules of the airline/supplier for your ticket, plus applicable Vaanya service fees disclosed at the time of the request.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the airline/supplier releases them — typically 7–21 working days depending on the supplier.
• No-shows are subject to the airline's no-show policy; some promotional fares are non-refundable.

Travel documents & requirements

Passports, visas, health and immigration requirements are the traveller's responsibility. Guidance we publish (including visa notes on our destination pages) is informational and can change — always verify with the relevant embassy or official government source before travelling.

Liability

Vaanya acts as a booking agent for airlines, hotels and other suppliers. The travel service itself is provided by the supplier under their conditions of carriage/service. Vaanya's liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the service charges earned by Vaanya on that booking. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding or baggage matters, which rest with the operating supplier — though our support team will always assist you in pursuing them.

Fair use & accounts

Accounts (including agent and corporate logins) are personal to the registered entity; automated scraping of fares, abusive bookings (e.g. holding inventory without intent to travel) or misuse of promotional codes may lead to cancellation of bookings and suspension of accounts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kolkata, West Bengal having exclusive jurisdiction.
